Very poor service

My car was referred to this mechanic by the dealer from which it was bought.. The BMW 118i, 2007 model emitted blue smoke from the exhaust. On my first consultation with Mr Naidoo I waited the whole day and the car was never touched and was told to drive the car around for the next two weeks and observe any change. After two weeks I returned the car to Mr Naidoo's workshop where it stayed for two weeks. When I was ultimately called to pick the car, the problem was still there. I took in the car for the third time and this time I waited for the whole month for repairs to be made. At least there were signs that something was done on the car but when driving home the car started to make some jerking movements. Out of my own pocket I took the car to another mechanic who made a statling discovery: Firstly the spark plugs which I ordered changed and paid for out of my pocket were not replaced. Secondly, after opening the car's top old worn out gaskets were reused. Thirdly, the jerking and loss of power was because of vanos valves which should have been replaced at dealer's expence and that was not done. The service was poor and Mr Naidoo proved to be dishonest in conducting his business.
