Poor service and support from Audi Umhlanga

I bought a brand new Audi S3 from Audi Umhlanga in 2011. On the 6 February 2013 I picked up a problem while driving in Ballito. The car was jerking badly, dropping revs and stalling. This was at 14h00.
I called Audi Umhlanga and one of the Service reps asked me to bring the car in.
On arrival I was directed to Mr Wolmarans. I explained my problem and that I needed to return to Stanger & return to Richards Bay the next morning for work at 6am.

I found Mr Wolmarans to be extremely unhelpful. I requested a courtesy vehicle and he turned me down immediately, stating that all vehicles were out and nothing would be available for a long time. I asked if he could check with another McCarthy dealer and he refused, stating that other dealers were in the same position. He did this without even checking the system or making a call.
From the time I entered the dealership I was not made to feel welcome or valued. I was very distressed because the vehicle was almost un-drivable and I had work commitments.
I was forced to take the vehicle to a mechanic who eventually fixed the problem, which I paid R3000 for out of my own pocket. I also had to hire a rental car to get home.
