I bought a new Fiat Qubo 3 months ago and now there is a problem that is taking forever to sort out. The vehicle started jerking and cutting out a month ago. I took the vehicle to the dealership and they said it could have been dirty fuel. Two weeks later I was supposed to go on holiday. This did not happen as the Qubo started jerking again. I took it to the dealership and it has been there for almost two weeks and they are still not closer to finding the problem. There seem to be a lack of knowledge because the dealership has to wait for head office to decide what to do next, and head office seems to take their time getting back to the dealer. I have also been informed that I (customer) may not speak to the technical guys to tell them what happened, the dealer did not write everything down when I explained what the vehicle is doing. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION YOU CAN NOT MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION!!!
