Incapable of doing the jo

Took the BMW Z4 to the workshop on the 2/9/2013 on the promise the cooling system would be bled by 10:00, 3/9/2013. Before then brand new BMW spark plugs were replaced by BMW. The excuse from Anthony is now that the spark plugs are old and many other problems with the car. The car is fine, cooling system needs to be bled, that's all. Is there a mechanic out there that is trustworthy, reliable and competent?
