This dealer caused more damage then repairs

Firstly, my vehicle is with this dealer for almost 2 months, so they are extremely slow. Secondly, they told me the vehicle was ready on Monday 18th November 2013 so I paid in full (R8038.00)-only to be told after that there was now smoking & the mechanic broke my dipstick & ordered a new one. Then it became turbo seals needed replacing. I told them I would collect it on Friday 22.11.2013. When I arrived in the morning, the vehicle is busy being driven away by a mechanic. The vehicle is not washed or vacuumed. When I enquire they say that the vehicle is just going to the back to be vacuumed. I check the vehicle & it has141kms of mileage done. Does it require 141kms for a test drive?? I try to start the car & it doesn't start. The mechanic is called & he says it starts if I press the unlock button while turning the key. What the is that?? The vehicle started fine before it went there. Now this new damage by them. I have had a problem previously with them as well-but obviously didn't learn my lesson. I sent a Golf 1 for a normal service & after I received it, it started switching off. My Golf 4 is now jerking & cant go over 100km/hr and is sitting there.2 months, paid in full but vehicle is broke
