Valve spring

I drove a Nissan Navara 2007 model. You can only get parts from the dealers, but they never have stock. I am looking for a stupid valve spring, but no one have in stock not even the factory have stock. How on earth does it work?

I order one on the 24th October they say it can take up to two months to get it.

Please can someone help me.
