No Transport due to back order on Nissan Parts

I was in an accident with my Nissan Qashqai. It went in to the panelbeater in Brits - Brits Auto Body on the 24th of January. On the 25th of January the panelbeater informed me that there is a back order on the parts from Nissan SA for 25 days. I phoned Nissan SA on the 25th and told them that I am in a marketing position an totaly reliable on transport to do my work. I made arranged transport for me for two weeks from the 24th, as the panelbeater told me the job will take two weeks. Since then I have spoken to Nissan SA four times, being told that they will comeback to me regarding addisional transport and the parts being on a backorder. I have not received any feedback from Nissan SA. And only have transport until 6th of February. I think it is very poor service from Nissan just to keep the customer in the dark and not helping with a solution with transport or supplying the parts needed. From Wednesday I will be unabble to do my work and earning an honest living.
