How long can it take to provide parts for a Micra?

How long does it take Nissan to supply parts for a Nissan Micra 2013 that has been damaged in an accident? Try 8 weeks and counting. I thought I bought a car from a company with a good reputation and reliable service, only to find out that: IT TAKES FOREVER TO HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED IF YOU WERE IN AN ACCIDENT BECAUSE THE PARTS GO ON BACK ORDER, AS THERE IS NO STOCK. This is not acceptable!!! Come on Nissan what is going on?
