Why should I pay for this as it was not my fault

Cars & Transport

On the 19th of october i went to the filling station to pour petrol for R40. I was attended by a guy who i clearly told that he must pour for me R40 95unleaded.
In the car i was with a colleague and we were from work and she heard me request R40. petrol. Apparently the attended thought i had said full tank so he was busy pouring he started cleaning my windows but then i was surprised why its taking him so long to pour for R40 so i called him and asked and he said he is pouring full tank like i requested. I then said to him no I requested R40 and even showed him the two R20 notes that were in my hand. Even my colleague confirmed that she heard me request for R40 petrol. He then went to call his manager by the name of Willeminah who then suggested that the petrol be drained. I asked her how long will that take because we are from work and I am in a rush to get home. She then said it takes very long to drain it. I then said but then why must i suffer for something that is not my fault. She took my number and car reg. Yesterday I got a voicemail from her threatning me that they are going to the police if I dont pay. I am really not happy about this and i feel that its not my fault
