POOR SERVICE FROM A MANAGER

I had an incident whereby I instructed the petrol attended pour Petrol worth R40.00 (forty rands only). He was pumping the tire and pouring petrol at the same time as he explained to me that I had a slow puncture, of which I am aware of, and I soon realised that the amount was over R360.00. I quickly told him to stop and by that time he did it was R400 .00 (four hundred rands). I repeated to him that he was suppose to pour petrol Worth R40.00 (forty rands). He replied and said no it was R400.00 . I politely asked the attended to call the manager. When the Manager came I explained to him what took place and he rudely replied "you Virgin Active People", "I had an incident with one of you people last week, and now its you today " . "we are going to have to drain the fuel and it will take two hours " and he walked away. He did not even give me any options so I told him to drain it. He spoke to me in a condescending manner off which I did not appreciated considering that I have been a client much longer than he had been a manager to that branch.
