Disappointed AWB9352866821 continued

The weird thing is that Jason mentioned that my package is in JHB and that as soon as it is cleared he will have it on the next flight to CT... when i called CT today to look for ABU BAKR i was told that my package was in CT since the 10th!!! wow who to believe..

I have no idea how DHL is going to sort this mess out but i have no intention of paying anything extra for holding or getting it sent to me after the 20th when i leave!! Apart from the thousands you pay to get stuff sent and on top of the taxes and all the money you spend to call dhl because they never RESPOND! (except for Mr Sipho Ntuli) they give you such delayed service with no one that follows up.. frustrating. DHL "EXPRESS"... yeah right.

Will never be using Dhl again and i would never advise anyone else to do so in future!
