Bad service

I would like to express my utter disgust for the service i received from Engen Centurion Golf Estate petrol station today. I specifically asked the petrol attendent named Sello to fill my car up with 54 litres of petrol and after 44 litres he said it was full and i insisted that he should try as i know my car's tank is 55 litres and it was almost empty when i got to the petrol station. Instead of assisting me, Sello the petrol attendant, said that its my car so its my responsibility to fill it up. So he stood there watching me pour in the remaining 10 litres of petrol. While i was putting in the petrol he was verbally attacking me in a language that i could not understand properly and saying that i should hurry up as he had other stuff to do. Me having no experience in filling up petrol, i kept on spilling some of the petrol onto my clothes as it was the first time doing such while Sello and his collegues watched me. This service is totally different from the service you guys advertise on TV. If these are the kind of values that Engen stand for then i will never fill up at any Engen petrol station again and i will inform my family and friends of this ordeal.
