Non Delivery of Pink Educational Kids Laptop

I purchased a Pink Educational Kids Laptop on 14 March 2013. The item was supposed to be delivered by 15 April 2013. I contacted Wicount when the item was not delivered on said date and was promised that it would be delivered ASAP. They then advised that I had to collect the parcel at the post office. When I made the purchase it said that delivery was included in the purchase price. I advised Dube that I was not prepared to collect the parcel from the post office as this was not the agreement of purchase. He asked his courier gentleman to collect the parcel on my behalf. Leo collected a certified copy of my ID on 22 May 2013. I have e-mailed and phoned both Dube and Leo and I still do not have delivery of my purchase. This is a gift which is now way overdue. I would like my money refunded.
