Poor service and workmanship

In July, i fitted a part at the fourways branch. Despite assurances that all was fine, I had to go back 3 times to have it replaced. On the fourth ocassion I literary called the workshop as soon as i left telling them that it was still not right.
For the past two months I have left numerous messages for them to contact me with no luck. This is just shoddy service
