We arrived at Fourways TWT to have four new tyres fitted to our Honda. We parked the car, found no one willing to acknowledge our existence so proceeded to the 'reception area'. Here we spotted 2 incredibly rude gentlemen and 2 cashiers. Without any greetings or even acknowledgement that we would be helped, the two men left. One of the cashiers left and the final cashier announced 3 times that service was required. As someone enterened the room from back left, another customer had just walked in. She received immediate help and we were still left unattend. Needless to say, we left!! Your branch is pathetic and your staff requires customer service training!!
