Avoid them

A few months ago I purchased a car from a dealership in CT and had it delivered in Jhb. Upon adjusting the rearview mirror, it came unstuck as the windshield had just been replaced. They gracefully agreed to have the matter rectified and issued the job to National Auto Glass in Fourways. They came to do the job and 3 months later it has simply fallen off (without being touched). The owner now states that it is not their fault or due to shoddy workmanship. They refuse to right their bad job. His attitude towards resolving the matter was also very poor thus I ended communication.

It's not a major issue, I will just not deal with them again and I will revert all work away from them.
