Once again, I am let down by Imperial.
After having numerous problems over the past 2 months with my 3 month old TATA Xenon, I was holding out hope that we were getting close to rectifying the issues. Alas no...
I bought a new Xenon D/Cab in July and started having problems by mid August, the major problem being a lack of power - I actually struggle to get up hills!! After an absolute lack of any customer service I eventually seemed to get somewhere after my last report on Hello Peter. About 2 weeks ago I took the car to the Tokia workshop, they sourced the problem and advised me that they would contact me when their courtesy Tata bakkie would be available so my car could be fixed. I received a call last Thursday advising me a booking had been made for today. I rearrange my morning to take my car through, sit with the service consultant to go through the issues once again, to then be asked "do I have a lift home? " No loan car available... I use my car all day long and cannot be with out a vehicle. Everyone was aware of this but another mess up from Imperial!!
If I could I would return this car, service is shocking - What next? Who knows!!
