I had my Hyundai i20 taken in for service on the 8 Jan for a service and asked them to check on a sound from the left rear. They have not been able to tell me the cause for the past two service intervals and now they telling me its the calipher problem which needs to be replaced and not welded. A week later the car is still at the workshop with the part only order with the warranty claim on the friday. I have asked for a courtesy car while waiting for the repair but I was told there's only one car of which I believe its a for such a company. If I don't call for updates, no one calls me. I would rather travel to Witbank or Gauteng for my car to be serviced in the future rather than beirng subjected to this kind of poor service or rather lack ther of.
