Do not trust Auto ECU

I sent an automotive ECU for repair at Auto ECU in Germiston. We have a workshop, which repairs motor vehicles, and we had sent quite a few repairs to them in the past. The ECU returned and when we fitted it to the car it did not work correctly, car started but ran badly. We sent it back, to give them an opportunity to repair the item. They repaired it, and we had quite an argument to get the ECU back without them charging us again. When we fitted the ecu back to the vehicle for the second time, the vehicle would not even start! I sent it to another supplier who fixed it, we fitted it back and the vehicle ran perfectly. I requested a refund for what I deem shoddy workmanship, and they declined. They also told me if I feel aggrieved "take it further". Do not use these guys, they are unethical in their business dealings, and are greedy. They do not deserve any support!
