No Reply, No Calls, NOTHING SUPPLIED

On the 25th September, I bought 4 doorpanels from Etienne (British Auto Group) and paid via with EFT. Same day I received an email from Etienne that they received the payment and that my panels will be shipped.

Three weeks later, and daily phonecalls to Etienne, I still do not have my panels, and not ONCE has he returned my calls or messages.

I have asked, mailed, even threatened with a charge, but still no call or email from Etienne.

On 14th October I have initiated legal proceedings against British Auto Group in order to get my money returned.

Stay well away of this supplier.
