9 Months and still no carpets in my vehicle

Purchased a brand new H1 from Hyundai Menlyn branch in January 2013. It came without carpets. i was assured they would be ready within a week. ive made dozens of phone calls, left messages and even some visits to the showroom. not 1 call has ever been returned by the manageress. on my last visit i was very upset about the situation. the manageress was in a meeting and could not see me - this was 2 months ago, still no phone call and no carpets.

Although carpets in my vehicle do not change the performance, it has however done irreparable damage to the floors, which of course have no protection because there are no carpets. the attitude towards rectifying this issue is all but seen as a customer who cant get his poor little carpets. i paid for a vehicle i expect all its parts to be included regardless of how important they are or are not.

At this stage i hate the car so much because of this issue and i would rather have never decided to purchase a vehicle from a company that simply cannot deliver any service to its customers whatsoever.

i will be returning this week - they WILL give me my carpets or a cheque for my car!
