Dishonest and does not care

This update still dates back to the goods I purchased on 26th September from Etienne / British Auto Group.

After sending daily emails, I have still not received any reply from him, and whenever I call his office number, the lady at reception simply tells me that he is out.

I cannot understand how an owner of a company can be so dishonest, and have such disregard to others.
