Still No Refund, or any Feedback

This is an update with regards to the fist complaint with British Auto Group / Etienne Terblanche.

I have sent numerous emails, requesting that my money be refunded but these have till date not once been answered since the initial posting. This has now been dragging along since 25 September.

Etienne (Owner) has not once called or attempted to make contact via email with myself.

I am very disappointed that an owner run business could treat a new and would be return customer in such a poor manner.
