From the service level that I received from Etienne (ABEL242) @ ABSA Card Division.
I sent an email complaining about charges on a petrol card that should heve been stopped 7 months ago.
Etienne phoned me and sorted out the problem in minutes with an efficieny and courtesy that I did not think existed anymore @ ABSA.
Now, if he was put in charge of training the staff in the banking division to his level, the complaints you get would fall drastically for normal banking!!
