After more than a month struggling to get Vodacom to assist me with an issue I had with my iPhone, one particular person was able to assist me.

It did not take Albert Einstein to know what was wrong, Etienne Smit (Data dept) was able to identify the issue and in less than 5 minutes resolve it too. Etienne knows more about vodacom than the CEO himself. He deserves a promotion!

The rest of the people that assisted in this regard caused me numerous hours of irritation, money and pain. I think they should be fired.
