Great service from Jennifer de Kock

I want to comment on the excellent service we received from Jennifer de Kock at Etienne Lewis. We bought a couch in December 2012 from Etienne Lewis at the Waterglenn Centre. 2 weeks ago we realised that the zipper on one of the cushions was broken - couch was still under guarantee. We went to the Montana Shop on Sunday, 20 Oct (that is the nearest branch to us), Jennifer phoned us on Tuesday, 22 Oct to pick the couch up from our home and delivered the fixed cushion again on Friday 25 October - no questions asked! If all service providers could be so efficient!
