Bad, rude and no service delivery

I phoned supplier on Monday to collect my parcell.By Tuesday my parcel was still not collected. I phoned head office but after the computer answered and I made my selection, the phone would cutt off, this happened about 4 times after making different selections. I eventually got hold of reception and told the lady that there must be smething wrong with theire lines but she was rude and just transferred me where I got cutt off again. Later the day I tried again and the same scenario repeated itself. I only got through to reception who just transferred me once again where I got cut off. After about my seventh phone call I got hold of someone who gave me the managers cell nr, he did not answer, I tried the office nr he gave me and got through to a man promising me that they will collect it. Later the afternoon another man phoned me and said that he will only be able to collect my parcell on Wednesday in the morning. Nobody came to pick up my parcell and nobody phoned to inform me that they are not coming. So tommorrow, Thursday, I am driving to Johannesburg to deliver my own parcel.
