I ordered and paid for an item via Bid or Buy and paid R140.00 shipping fees (door to door delivery via Skynet) on 12/01/14. The item was collected from the supplier on 16/01/14 by Skynet, according to the waybill.
On 21 January I received a call from a lady (Skynet PE Branch) asking for my address and promising the parcel will be delivered the next day - 5 days after collection. (According to the website: Economy - delivery within 48 hours and for remote areas add one or two days). I gave the lady my address and directions. Unfortunately I did not get her name. My parcel was not delivered as promised.
On 22 January I phoned Skynet on 041 486 1309 to confirm delivery - I got transferred to a gentleman (again did not ask for a name) and he promised delivery the same day. Again I gave directions and he told me he knows the area and will get the driver to deliver. My parcel was not delivered as promised.
On 23 January I phoned Skynet on 041 486 1309 and asked to speak to a manager. I got transferred to Shaun's cell (083 633 3439) and explained to him what happened and told him that I am extremely unhappy with the service and expect a refund. Have not heard anything yet.
