My client advised I can use Skynet services to courrier samples to them so the journey starts to try and get pricing:

Several frustrating calls to the Call centre and being passed from reception to customer services and not finding anyone who can give me a price to send a parcel internationally.. ( that is when the phone is answered)

Eventually I am told that one needs and account with Skynet as they do not do once off services any longer.. I contact my client and the advise they do have an account and they will arrange from their side... Since my blood was boiling by that time, I certainly had no intention of opening an account for my business as would just be frustrated daily.

All was arranged through Namibia who gave much better service and the parcel was collected by a helpful gentleman.
Day two... trying to track the parcel online did not work and again I had to try and get a hold of someone at the call centre... It kept on ringing until the phone went dead on option 3.. After several more attempts and being transferred to the incorrect department a few times, I finally got a hold of the Supervisor...

It should not be this painful to do business with a courrier service
