Made us wait whilst driver had gone to buy beers!

I had taken my car in for service and asked to be fetched from my work place. It was agreed that transportation would be arranged for 13:30 as I had to fetch my children from their school. Between 1 and 6pm I was to continously every time I called to enquire where the drivers where abouts, I was sent from pillar to post and told a different story everytime but it all culminated in the same response that "The driver is on his way". After waiting to no avail I had to arrange for a lift to tthe service station where I was greeted by the an employee who was aware of anything that had happened or as to why I was not picked up. Whilst waiting for my vehicle to be brought to me, the driver pulled up to the dealership and passed BEERS to the very people who claimed to not know what had happened to him or why he did not pick me up as arranged. I expected to be called back after leaving a message for the head of the service department but he has still not contacted me to apologise which is pathetic considering why I was not picked up. A very big thank you to Edward Musinga who assisted in making sure my vehicle was at least ready on time.
