Missing Parcel

I received a detention notice for a parcell from Thailand on the 19/06/2013 i send through the invoiece to ems sapo and asked that they rel;ease the parcell
This parcell now has disapeared and after numerous calls which they dont answer and logging into there website there is no joy whatsoever
More than one parcel, has disapeared no wonder ebay does not want to send parcells here anymore There are no feedback from anybody there
This parcell is valueble and i dont want to loose it yet it seems that they can let stuff disapear at will and there is no recourse
