No service and no management

Placed a call on Friday 13/12 with the PE branch to have a packaged couriered from JHB to PE by no later than Tuesday. PE gave the information through to JHB branch. JHB phoned the company from where to collect stating they will be there by 4pm. It was not collected. Phoned this morning - they will send someone to collect today. It hasn't been collected as the driver has already left - will be done tomorrow 15/12. Again phoned the JHB branch asking to speak to a manager or anyone with authority - was told no one is on duty this weekend. Gave them the reference number and got transfered back to PE branch?!?! The call center automatic "voice" keeps saying how they are building and improving customer service - what a lie. There is nothing.
