Lost file with personal information

The sales person, Wouter, lost the file with my mother's personal confidential information! The manager Jacques asked me what I want him to do about it, if the file is lost, its lost!!! I wonder who will take responsibility should my mom suffer a loss due to identity and?? This is an atrocious attitude to take, as our concern is very relevant with all the cases flying around! Be careful what information you entrust to these guys as they have absolutely no respect for confidentiality and privacy. Hopefully the POPI act will slap them silly!
