Poor workmanship and

I contracted Hitech Spray painters to refurbish the paintwork on my 1955 Chev. I paid the owner, Paul R15000 deposit as to start the work as quoted. Paul was ever so ready to assist and immediately started work on the project. A few weeks later I called Paul as to check up on progress. He tell me that a staff member of his has left and he cannot complete the work by the projected deadline. He assured me that the work will be completed..within a few days later I arrive at the workshop only to see my car being pushed aside and vehicles that arrived after my car was being work on. I questioned Paul only to be told that his "filer" had left and that he was looking for another staff member to fill in for him. That was 2 years ago I continued going to his shop on a regular basis only to be told that he will refund me R5000 and that I should find another panelshop to complete the project..i agreed as I had enough of this and
I arrived to pick up the car and my money only to be told he charged me for storage as I had left the car there for 2 years at my risk and that am lucky to have the car back at all
According to me Paul is a pig as all the other cars belonged to whites
