No feedback after meeting and emails

I had a meeting with the owner of Ronat Nissan, Mr Durand Snyman, who is also the owner of the Inspectacar Group, on Wednesday 15th May. At last I was given copies of all documents and four more documents look very suspicious showing possible changes being made after I have signed these documents. These are not the originals and now I am waiting on Mr Snyman's reply as he was supposed to go and look at the originals in my file in Pretoria to determine if any documents were tampered with and if amounts were changed to reflect a lower trade in value. I have signed these documents, yes, but I am not blind. I have signed in four places just above or next to the trade in amount which now shows R240000 and not R275000 as was agreed on day one. Now I understand why these docs were not given to me previously.
People please stay away from Ronat Nissan in Mossel Bay as more and more customers have got unhappy stories to tell. These people don't give you feedback as they have promised. I was promised feedback twice since the meeting with Durand but still nothing. I phoned him, sent emails but no response to my efforts.
