Car not settled

On the the 14th March 2013 I traded in my car with Manhattan Motors and I was so impressed as they even delivered the car to my work place. But that's where the compliments ends. After four weeks still they haven't settled my car. I went there and phoned on numerous occasion to resolve this matter without any luck. The instalment for the traded car was taken off my account two weeks later. So now I'm paying for two cars and I'm only driving one. I don't know how these people conduct their business because I see they have almost the same complaint from different customers.

All I want is my refund for the instalment and for the car to be settled please.
