Prima Motors and WESBANK!!!

I purchased a bakkie, Isuzu KB 250 D-TEQ 4 x 4 from Prima Motors, who is endorsed by WESBANK. I took delivery of the vehicle on the 3rd of April 2013. I was informed that I would get the licensing documents with the vehicle. However, when I took delivery of the vehicle I was informed that they had lost the licensing documents, but that they would furnish me with same soon. We are now 3 months after delivery and to date I have not received my licensing documents. I have followed up with Prima Motors, but they now refuse to speak to me. They keep on sending me a temporary license (late), and days go by where I drive with an unlicensed vehicle. Prima motors and WESBANK also illegally added R 2500 to the finance agreement for a towbar. When I enquired about this, Andries (from prima motors) agreed to refund me the R2500. I now however want to know what about the interest on the R2500 that is capitalized over my finance agreement? I now also note, that a "Dealer Warranty" to the value of R5395 has been added to the finance agreement. I place it on record that I was not aware of this, I am also not in receipt of the terms & conditions of the warranty?
