Ross Champion Motors
TWO MONTHS OF WAITING, NO CAR, NO COMMUNICATION

Cars & Transport

On the 22nd of July 2013 I was involved in a Motor Vehicle collision and alerted my insurance company immediately online. I then drove the car to the nearest Police Station to report the accident and drove back home. On the following day the insurance sent a breakdown to collect my DRIVABLE car to Ross Champion Panel beaters. September 3rd I was contacted by Ross Champion to collect my car which was "READY" for collection and all the necessary repairs had been done. I arrived at their workshop and noticed a dent on the car that was not there prior to the accident. When I confronted them about it they assured me that they were going to fix the car and that I should return whenever I had time. When I eventually drove away, the car was not driving smoothly and it started making funny sounds then couldn't pick up the speed and eventually stopped in the middle of the road and wouldn't start. I phoned the insurance and the panel beaters immediately and told them what had transpired, Ross Champion took the car back to the workshop and I was promised to be given feedback.. Yesterday I went to check on the car and to find that nothing had been done, apparently the engine is DAMAGED
