Outsurance
Outsurance Falls Short of their promises

Business & Finance

On the 20th May my we lodged a claim for a cracked bumper to Outsurance. 21May I was informed by my Outsurance advisor that Ross Champion was the panel beater and I should wait for them to contact me. However they didnt not, so we contacted them, only to be told that they were awaiting there delivery of the bumper and that i would be contacted once it arrives. On the 27 may i was asked to bring the car in on 3 June 2013. a delay of 3-4 days was to be expected, should they discover additional damages, but that a Client advisor will be contacting me. the car went in on mon 3 June at 8am... it is now thurs 19:10pm and i am yet to get feedback regarding the car. I have since tuesday contacted the panel beater and the relevant people, as well as SIAS assessment advisor and Outsurance client advisor, team leader and manager, with no confrmation as to when the car will be completed. Outsuance needs to understand that I am the customer and that Ross Champion is their Vendor... if the customer is not happy then, they need to intervene and find a resolution. The lack of professionalism displayed has definitely left me searching for an alternate insurance company for the future.
