UNQUOTED DAMAGED GOODS

I am in a predicament here, I have a hanging transaction with the above mentioned company that I need you to assist me with.

On the 27/08/2013 I requested the above mentioned company to courier my 9kg LG washing machine from Cape Town to Bloemfontein with the appropriate weight and measurements of the machine like they requested me and they verbally gave a quotation of R640.60 which they promised to comfirm after they would have weighed and measured the machine in their primises.
On the 28/09/2013 they came to my house and picked up the machine from my primises which was already bubble wrapped like they requested.
Since then they promised to email me the quotation without success till current.
My problem is that they did deliver the item in Bloemfontein yesterday 02/09/2013 but to my amazement with a massive dent that they never took it from me with.
I notified them and they requested the photos of which I did forward to them yesterday already.

My problem is that the guy I always liased with never return my calls or respond to my emails, I spoke to his manager who wittingly asked whether did I put an insurance on my quote they never offered me? help me peter!
