First For Women Insurance
2 MONTHS OF WAITING! NO CAR

Business & Finance

On the 22nd of July 2013 I was involved in a Motor Vehicle collision and alerted my insurance company immediately online. I then drove the car to the nearest Police Station to report the accident and drove back home. On the following day the insurance sent a breakdown to collect the car to Ross Champion Panel beaters. On the 3rd of September I was contacted by Ross Champion to collect my car which was "ready" for collection and all the necessary repairs had been done. When I eventually drove away, the car was not driving smoothly and it started making funny sounds then couldn't pick up the speed and eventually stopped in the middle of the road and wouldn't start. I phoned the insurance and the panel beaters immediately and told them what had transpired, Ross Champion took the car back to the workshop and I was promised to be given feedback which I'm still waiting for till today. Yesterday I went to check on the car and to find that nothing had been done. Today when I phoned insurance they are now suspecting that I am to blame because I drove the car to the police station and 'damaged' the car. My car was DRIVABLE after the accident and started FUNNY sounds from the panel beaters.
