No joy from Virgin Money Car insurance

My vehicle was involved in an accident on the 06/04/2013 and till today my vehicle has yet to return to me, during this period my claim has been handled by 3 or more people, the vehicle was sent to ROSS CHAMPION MOTORS that's another up! Initially my vehicle was promised to return to me during the last week of may which never happened what irritates me more is that I've had to use public transport even though my job is high risk and I work in a 24hr environment, this has resulted in me not working some shifts and being in the very same taxi rank that I arrest suspects in which is a danger to my life. I've had to nag them and call them still no clear answer as to when my vehicle will be back. I'm paying for my insurance premium nonetheless. If my car is not returned to me by the end of this week I have no problem, going to the repairer in my uniform and firearm in hand maybe that will get me some answers. Its my car I'm paying for it, by no means am I asking them for a favour!
