Turn around time and bad service

On the weekend of the 15th December my vehicle was damaged in Durban, however I reside in johannesburg I called my car insurance 1st for woman for assistance, asked whether they can tow the car to johannesburg since I reside there, they advised me to leave the car in Durban for repairs then once they have finished with the repairs they will send the car back to johannesburg, the car was sent to Ross Champion in Durban who are the panelbeaters who fixed the car, the vehicle was supposed to be delivered on the week of 21st January 2013 bear in mind the car has been with Ross Champion panelbeaters in Durban since the weekend of the 15th Dec, I called to ask when can I get the car back the insurance said I must come down to Durban to fetch the the car however when I lodged my claim I was told they would bring the car. Upon date of fetching the car I call again then I was told no I can't get the car this week reason begin Ross Champion put the wrong parts in the vehicle and the car battery died in the process now I'm responsible to get a new one
