4 WEEKS OF WAITING

I was in a car accident so my insurance sent my car to Ross Champion for repairs on the & the 7th of January and today is the 31st but my car is still not ready. During this period I requested a courtesy car since my car was taking too long to repair and I was told the courtesy car has gone for repairs and my car will be ready on the 31st, but it wasn't so I asked for a courtesy again and they told me they don't have one their drivers are using the car. I've been without a vehicle for about 4 weeks now and I'm very angry i don't see myself sending my car back there ever again.
