My car was due for service Thur 19th Sep 2013. When my car got to munument toyota Adri assisted my husband and told him there was no service plan on my car left. He told her several times that i had an extended warranty on my car, she did no check nor called the FNI to confirm if there was any plan on my car. Only that he had to pay R2500 for the service. I find this bad sevice. My car came back with no service only so that i could confirm with the FNI the following monday with regards to the plan on my car. I had to rebook my car for service on this Wed. A gentlemen with the name of Neil assisted us and all was fine. How ever my car was durty upon collection. I am not sue my car was washed at all.. Never the less Neil could assist and Adri was justnto lazy to follow up.
