No After Service

My husband bought me a Toyota Etios & is now due for the 10 000kms service. I called on Wednesday morning & left a message for a service consultant to call me back. This did'nt happen & I called back. Held on FOUR times & no one to assist! I eventually spoke to a sales consultant who booked the service for Saturday. My husband contacted them Friday 19 July 2013 to confirm the service & was told they cannot check the steering. I am disgusted at the AFTER SERVICE which is so well advertised on your autohold player. We regret purchasing the car from Fosters Robertville. My husband booked the service with Freeway Toyota that is willing to check the steering & anything else we have of concern! Freeway Toyota wil definitely be getting any referrals on purchases and definitely AFTER SALES from us.
