I took my Toyota 1.6 Corolla for its last 90000 Km service as per my service plan and still in warranty to Barloworld Toyota as a friend of mine (Tienie) started working there and told me they are really good when it comes to servicing vehicles. I met Tienie when she worked at Hatfield Toyota where I bought my Toyota from. Now, I had one or two issues where the radio froze for some reason, but wasn't a major issue... I mentioned this to Marie who assisted me when I booked my car in. When I collected my car after the service she mentioned and informed me that they took down the details of the radio and will see if she can find out more about other related queries. I left. The next day I got a call from Barloworld Toyota and Natasja informed me that they have ordered me a new radio and that I should come in some time during the week and they will replace it. WOW! That was really unexpected. So I went to Barloworld Toyota on the Friday and they replaced the radio. Well done Toyota!!! That is why I drive a Toyota.
