I bought my Hyundai Getz from a Toyota Dealership second hand in 2012 with 18 000km. so when i went to get my service (30 000km) i was advised that i actually had a 60000km 3 year service plan up until October 2013. the consultant, Ian advised me to bring my car in for the 60 000km service before October 2013 to make sure it is covered by the service plan. this was the first i had heard of the service plan as Toyota was not sure and told me to check. today i took my car for the 60 000km service plan only to be advised that Ian told me incorrectly and the service plan actually only had 50 000km. it is ridiculous that hyundai staff have to me and there is no consequence.
