Bad Service with no feedback, customer service

I took my car to lyndhurst auto round about the 19th September 2013, for a cooling system problem, water leaking, on the first day, I received no feedback from the Service Consultant (Rakhee Mahass), I had to call her to receive my feedback, the next day after sending email and calling her, she responded hours later, to let me know I wont receive my car because my one part was on back order. This morning 26.09.2013 call her to no avail, i decided to call the parts department and they told me that the part had arrived, when i called to tell that the part has arrived she told me the part was not there, only hours later she called to confirmed that the part was there. I have made number of calls to her and her manager Johanna De Beer to my disgust I was told that Johan can't speak me. I have been waiting for Johan to return my calls and he has still not contact me hours later. We are expected to pay for service. The attitude of both Rakhee Mahass and Johan De Beer it is disgusting and unprofessional for the amount of money we pay.
