My secretary phone 10 times in the morning just to find out if they are open they kept on taking her number and never called her back.
I started calling R400.00 later on telephone bill being sent from pillar to post being told no you're not open the that you are open the that they don't know I should speak to Dave never got a hold of him finally a Stefan picked up the phone taking my booking luckily I realized that I'm working with incompetent people I called back spoke to Jacques (from Hyundai) who informed me that they are closed but he will see what he can do for me still haven`t heard from him...
Not that I think I will get a response on this complaint either since they can't even help me over the phone can someone with some brains or at least know what's happening there give me a response?
Unfortunately I did not get her name but one of the front desk ladies was helpful.
